Domestic Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. domestic orders of $199 or more.

For orders under $199, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Please note that carrier delays may occasionally occur after an order has been shipped.

In-Store Pickup

FREE in-store pickup is available at our Growing IVY retail locations when offered at checkout.

Please select your preferred pickup location during checkout. You will receive a confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.

Please wait until you receive the pickup confirmation before visiting the store, as availability and preparation times may vary.

Order Changes & Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.
